Working with students gives you the opportunity to observe the evolution of generations. You can see what they like, what kind of activities they are involved in, what their passions are, what motivates them, and thus it becomes much easier to work with them in creating the future that they imagine. I like to think that through my way of being sociable, organized, a perfectionist, I am a good partner to work alongside whom each present and future student can confidently shape their own educational direction.
